Kim and ALL of the A&R staff are very pleasant and accommodate to my requests. I have been a regular for 5 years, and have always left with a fresh set and a smile on my face.
I’ve been going to A&R for 3 years and they never disappoint! They are very sweet and always can do what I ask them too.
Their customer service and attention to detail is top notch. I constantly pick my cuticles so it's really important for me to get them done and I only trust the technicians at this spa! Plus massage chairs and the most sanitary I've ever been too.
Horrible service I came in because I had a nail break on me from a manicure I had on week 3 and a fill for the rest of my nails with a design. I usually go to salons in Salisbury eveey 2-3 weeks but i was in Georgetown and in a rush. 6 days after the service my the nail they fixed fell off I stopped in to ask about getting it fixed first the man I spoke with told me I didn't get it done there I assured him I did, then told me to come back today I called to ask about getting it fixed and they hung up on me and now aren't answering when I call. I will never go back and I hope nobody else has to deal with this less than mediocre service. Don't waste your money!!!!
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! I am a very patient person and I never ever write reviews good or bad, but this is terrible. I could not get into my regular nail salon because they were booked. When I called A&R he said to come now… I see why. To start, the lady doing my pedicure was already informed by the gentleman twice that I was getting a “Gel pedicure” she then asked me was it gel and I said yes. It only took her 7 minutes to do my pedicure… what kind of pedicure is that??? She only used an exfoliator on my feet. I asked was she going to use a foot filer and she said, if I wanted her to. We didn’t even get to use that because they only had one size which was way too intense on me. As she was almost done painting I wanted to confirm that it was gel so I asked, “ that’s gel right”. She said, oh , you want gel ok. She had to remove that and put gel on which the polish was ok, not horrible but ok.
Now to my nails. I told her that I wanted coffin nails. I had to get her to reshape them twice because they were clearly square. She had to remove one because it was crooked as heck. She was going to leave it like that until I said something. I had to keep asking questions about it and this was the final result. They let me walk out of there like this. Usually a nail tech would say, “do you like it?” She knew it was horrible, that’s why she didn’t ask. I ALWAYS tip, where ever I go. This is not only my first time ever leaving a review but it’s also my first time not tipping someone. So disappointed. Hopefully they improve, but I will never step foot in there again, nor would I recommend this salon. Happy birthday to me ????????♀️
This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done!! I’ve been going here for about 3 years now and have never left disappointed!! They stay busy so make sure you call to set up an appointment! I get the gel nails and they always last me a while!
Nails was totally streaky design was horrible. My sister and I got the same exact thing. The nail tech that did hers cut her multiple times
I get my manicures and pedicures there. The staff is professional and kind. They do a great job especially French Dip manicures. Highly recommend.
