Love the service every time I go here! They do a great job shaping, they never take to much off when roughing up my real nail, and I’ve never been nicked. Everyone is super polite and friendly and they don’t make you feel bad if you ask for an adjustment. I will for sure keep going back!
I love my nails so much! It did take longer than I expected but I think it's because he is a perfectionist, as am I. Will definitely come back!
This place is a new favorite! My nail technician was so patient and let me pick everything and made the experience very nice and relaxing! I believe her name is Hanny but i’m not totally sure. They have great prices and my nails turned out exactly how I wanted. Definitely the best nail salon in south wichita!
Do not recommend as the customer service and quality of the work is terrible. I’ve never seen a nail shop over charge the way they do. This is my review based on actual service and not influenced by anyone else. I do not live in Florida as you are assuming but learning to take accountability for your business is something you should be doing. If anyone is reading this review look at their interaction with this review and it’s really sad
Considering my grandparents moved to Kansas and I go visit every three months and in all actuality I was trying to do my research on a good nail shop while I visit I got this one marked off of the list. Would hate to be visiting from out of town and scammed. So terrible to do that to loyal customers.
If you scroll down on these reviews you’ll see how they didn’t even address the lady that had pricing issues- but they will address every other bad review. Disappointing. This shop showed little class and terrible energy. Save your time and money and go somewhere there’s good techs and good service.
Poor service and rude attitude. They will refuse service all because they were questioned why the same service keeps going up and down in price. Bad for business!
got a pedi and full set nails here and will definitely come back. the staff was very nice and patient. I showed them a design I wanted and they did their best to get the results I wanted even though it took a while. until the very end, the man who did my nails was patient and did a great job.
