Dip powder nails had white spots all throughout each nail and the nail tech did not try to match my toe nail color with my hands. She gave me the exact opposite of what I asked for…worst experience. I told her I was not satisfied with the toe color and she ignored that I was unsatisfied.
I would give this more stars if they took appointments and had better hours. They take the last client around 5 or 5:30 weekdays and are closed Sundays.
Shop is conveniently located in shopping area, good parking, fast and courteous service.
Jennifer was my nail artist she provided excellent customer service.
She did my nails perfectly, no rush, no problem!

The experience was horrible they have zero respect for people’s time. If you have hours to spare this is the place for you. They haven’t updated their business in over 10 years. The owner has zero business ethics and talk trash about the customers and think it’s funny. Don’t use this business
The place is busy. The wait time is very long. I like the way "my" tech does my nails so I'm willing to wait but it can be annoying.
Customer service is great but the person who did my nails …pretty much did what he wanted I asked for coffin shaped each nail is different I will not return

Very busy nail shop but always worth the wait. Plus, you can sign your name on the list and return back (but don't stay gone to long). :-) My experiences has always been excellent and its a comfortable environment. Thank you for A+ service.
