When I tell you I had the best pedicure ever! OMG I so miss California this type of service is no where in Nashville Tennessee!????????????????????????I will be back everytime I come to LA to see Tee!
Overpriced, subpar service, and long wait times. Came here because I heard great reviews about the nail art. Arrived at 8:45 and waited until 10 to get pedicure with nail design on all toes. Informed the nail tech that I had gel on but didn’t want gel this time, and also asked how much the total would be including design on all toes, was quoted $40. Was disappointed when they told me they couldn’t do marble or splatter design. I changed my design to a line design on the two large toes on either feet and was told it would be $30. My nail tech tried but couldn’t do this and no one else was available to do it. I just had regular polish on my toes and was charged $30, the same price that I was quoted for two designs. I did not get any special scrubs or treatments and when I asked why I was charged the same price even though they didn’t do a design, I was told it was for the removal of the gel polish and I wouldn’t have been charged that if I had gotten gel again. That made absolutely no sense seeing as I clearly stated I want regular polish and with design and was told $30. Will never come back here again.

I was looking for a new nailshop for my toes to call home today that wasn't over priced and where the nail tech would fe professional & gentle. I walked in and was welcomed & seated right away. I got a gel pedicure and the lady was so sweet & gentle. I am so pleased with their kindness, fast- service and professionalism. Prices are not breaking my pockets either! I will definitely be back. Thank you.

They too funny.. they was whoopin my pockets $100 every time. But as the service got worse I started breaking down the price to see what I was paying for lol first I stop tipping freely, because I’m not arguing over nails. Y’all know what happened after that✌???????? they lost all that money during the pandemic now they tryna get it back.

Very unprofessional, rude, tell u have an appointment but when you get there you don’t. The owners are very disrespectful and nonchalant. I made my daughter a nail appointment a month ago for her birthday and the owner did not put it on her calendar.
I walk her in there today to get her nails done and she’s acting like why am I there. What’s sad I go on to the salon every 2wks and since I was 13yrs. I miss the original owner who passed away RIP Kim???? because business ethics were great, very friendly and loving to the community. but now that these new owners are there it is really really negative and the attitude of the workers are very very very disrespectful and talk to you like they lack common sense.
This is the worst nail services they skip steps they’re suppose to put the basecoat on your nails they don’t do that, polish comes off in two or three days, gel services be done to thick and lumpy and want to change prices $$$ according to their needs.
Also if you have to use the restroom you can’t put the tissue in the toilet ???? you have to throw it in the trash ???? how insanitary.????????????
